Description

Large property with 12.6 Ha, located in the Algarve barrocal between the coastal city of Portimão and the Monchique mountains. Between the beautiful Algarve beaches and Fóia, the highest point in the Algarve.

On the property there is a large area of eucalyptus and some arable crops, a ruin of a rural building and a ruin of housing. It has an old well, as well as a medium voltage electrical energy transformation station near one of the ends of the land.
The morphology of the land allows the construction of a natural dam.

According to prior information provided to Portimão City Council, the property is located in an area that allows the construction of a Rural Tourism Enterprise or the Construction of Isolated Buildings.

Located in Rasmalho, 14 km from the beautiful Praia da Rocha, 10 km from the spectacular Morgado Golf Course and 14 km from Monchique.
Going up to Monchique is to discover, almost at every turn, a panorama of sea and mountains. But to appreciate all the beauty of the horizons you must go to Foia, which at 902 meters is the highest point in the Algarve. There, you can see, on the one hand, as far as Cape São Vicente (and further north to the Arrábida mountain range, near Lisbon) and, on the other, as far as Faro and a vast semicircle of mountains. The 774 meters of Picota, more steep, also offer wider, and perhaps more beautiful, scenery, covering a vast expanse of the Algarve and the sea. After the viewpoints, it is important to discover the many charms of a landscape of steep reliefs cut by valleys and ravines, of streams and fountains, from which cold water flows every day of the year and sings as it jumps from stone to stone.
